Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Guspus.
If something doesn’t work out, here’s exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange will be accepted only if all the conditions below are met:
- The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is returned in the same condition as it was delivered
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return or exchange request may be declined after inspection.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Made-to-order or customized items
- Altered garments
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear
- Orders returned without approval
- Requests raised after the return window
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@guspus.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Mention your order number and reason for request
- Our team will verify the request and share next steps
Please do not send any product back unless our team confirms the return.
Note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed once per order
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
- Exchange requests cannot be changed once approved
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:
- A clear unboxing video
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified by our team, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Requests without the required proof may not be eligible for replacement.
6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- We attempt to arrange reverse pickup for eligible returns
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product
- In case of self-shipping, tracking details must be shared
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error from our side.
7. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via Store credit. Store credit is non-transferable and can be used only on guspus.com.
- For returns requested due to personal preference (such as fit, colour, or change of mind), a delivery charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund.
- No delivery charges are deducted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us.
Banks and payment partners may take additional time to reflect the amount.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
- Refusal of delivery will be treated as a return, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted
9. Quality Check Disclaimer
- All returned items go through a strict quality check.
- Guspus reserves the right to accept or reject a return based on product condition.
Important Notes
- If our delivery person finds the product used or damaged during pickup, we will not accept the return
